The front line of the member journey. Converts interest into memberships through genuine connection and disciplined follow up.

• Drive membership sales through in person, phone, email, and social media outreach.
• Greet prospects and walk in guests, deliver studio tours, and present membership options with confidence.
• Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline to close.
• Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals.
• Provide an exceptional, welcoming experience for every member and guest.
• Build lasting relationships with current members to support retention and referrals.
• Address and resolve member concerns, escalating to management when needed.
• Keep the front desk, retail area, and studio space clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Support daily cleaning and operational tasks before, during, and after shifts.
