Remarketing Coordinator

Immediate need for a talented Remarketing Coordinator. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Lewisville, TX (Hybrid). Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Company obtains a negotiable title on each repossessed vehicle in a timely manner.
• Coordinate transportation of vehicles from repossession agents to auction sites ensuring arrival within corporate guidelines.
• Verify, allocate and reconcile auction proceeds to appropriate accounts.
• Prepare and send deficiency accounting letters.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers, vendors and other departments to effectively complete the remarketing process.
• Compile reports and statistical data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: Vehicle, Auction, Customer
• HS diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in financial services or a similar industry
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business or related field may be used as a proxy for experience
• Strong familiarity and comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to perform clerical, administrative, and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Independent and critical thinking with great attention to detail
