Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown (Neuro/Surgical Telemetry)

Location

Jackson, TN

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Onsite | Weekend requirement: 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Neuro/Surgical Telemetry floor
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate, step-down level care
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and patient management
• Float to other Medical/Surgical Telemetry units or low-acuity ICU settings as needed
• Participate in holiday coverage, including Memorial Day, as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee or compact RN license required
• AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience required
• Epic experience within the past 12 months required and must be clearly documented, including where Epic was utilized; candidates must pass the Epic competency exam (one attempt only)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience floating across multiple unit types within a hospital setting
