District Support Pharmacist PT

Position Summary As a Staff Pharmacist at CVS Health, you play a critical role in delivering high‑quality, accessible, and affordable care. You support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee pharmacy operations, and manage a Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. You are accountable for patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel and inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow optimization. Key Responsibilities Ensure patient safety and pharmacy professional practice. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards. Provide exemplary customer service. Manage and develop Pharmacy Support Staff, balancing assignments to maximize strengths and reduce knowledge gaps. Identify and implement business opportunities to drive growth and improve pharmacy performance. Adapt to change and lead the team in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Promote a team culture of caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride. Apply knowledge to differentiate CVS and drive healthy outcomes. Required Qualifications Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment. Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List. Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA). No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree. Work Schedule and Compensation Anticipated Weekly Hours: 15 Time Type: Part time Pay Range: $60.00 - $73.00 per hour (base hourly rate).
