Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, resources, and overall wellness.

• Provide therapeutic interventions—individual, family, and group therapy—utilizing evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to formulate and implement client-centered treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Develop and track treatment goals in accordance with each client's progress, ensuring that methodologies align with best practices in mental health care.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies when necessary, conducting risk assessments and safety planning sessions to ensure client wellbeing.

• Facilitate educational sessions, support groups, and workshops designed to empower clients with knowledge and coping strategies.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of therapeutic processes, client interactions, and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Your work will primarily involve supporting children, adolescents, and their families as they navigate various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
