Key Responsibilities: Deliver top-tier medical care while meeting company productivity metrics. Engage in peer reviews, quality assurance procedures, and participate in team meetings with fellow health practitioners. Maintain an environment focused on safety and quality healthcare. Ensure the clinic operates during all scheduled hours. Collaborate with regional management to participate in community events promoting clinic services. Address feedback from customer experience surveys as directed by management. Oversee clinic inventory and supply orders to optimize operational costs. Conduct quality control on instruments and CLIA waived tests as scheduled. Utilize the company's information systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies. Act as a mentor by providing guidance and being a role model for peers. Stay updated on clinical knowledge through ongoing education focused on retail and family practice. Provide coverage for clinics in your region as needed, assigned by management. Work toward maintaining budgeted profitability goals by controlling clinic costs. Engage with the community through active involvement in local nursing associations and outreach programs. Present a professional appearance in compliance with The Little Clinic dress code, including wearing a clean, white lab coat and closed-toe shoes. Participate in various operational duties as assigned by management. If required, travel to designated clinics within the assigned geographic area. Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant, with a minimum of 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience (for PAs in OH). At least 1 year of experience in healthcare. Active license and certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), along with all necessary state credentials. Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNPC) or Physician Assistant (PAC), where eligible. A valid driver's license. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times. Strong telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient computer skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Desired Qualifications Experience with applicable clinical procedures. Familiarity with electronic health record charting systems. Previous experience in retail health, emergency health, or critical care settings.
