Kids Sports Coach at Amazing Athletes Boca Raton, FL

Company Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Children need to have FUN while learning the FUNdamentals of sport. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long‑term impact will create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board. Position We are seeking coaches for our multi‑sport enrichment program. In this role, you can work 5–25 classes a week, earning $20 per hour and potentially up to $25 per hour. The programs come with ready‑made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids. Responsibilities Use individual attention to ensure every child has success. Adopt a non‑competitive approach to keep classes fun. Create a stress‑free environment. Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success. Attend trainings, follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum, and remain open to feedback to continuously improve.
