About the Position

Job Title – Registered Nurse – Operating Room
Location – 1350 Walton Way, Augusta, Georgia 30901, United States
Duration – 8 Weeks (06/08/2026 onward)
Shift – Day Shift, 3x12-Hour (06:30 AM – 07:00 PM)

Block Scheduling – No
Weekend Coverage – 2–3 shifts per contract (approx.)
Float – Rare
Call Requirement – Yes (approx. 7–8 calls in a 6-week schedule + 1 weekend call and 1–2 weekend shifts)

Job Description
Registered Nurse – Operating Room responsible for circulating and scrubbing in a fast-paced main OR environment. The RN will support a wide range of surgical specialties including general, neuro, spine, ortho, robotics, urology, vascular, and colorectal procedures.

This is a high-acuity OR assignment requiring strong hands-on intraoperative experience. Candidates must be confident in both circulating and scrub roles and able to function effectively in a collaborative surgical team.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills / Experience
Minimum 1 year of OR RN experience required
Circulate and scrub experience required (hard stop)
Experience with general surgery procedures required
Experience with orthopedic and spine cases required
Robotic surgery experience required (Da Vinci XI preferred)
Experience with urologic, vascular, neuro, and colorectal cases preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced main OR environment required
Strong communication and teamwork skills required
Ability to manage multiple complex surgical specialties required

Certifications
BLS certification required
