Pharmacy Manager in Stoughton, WI

This leadership role offers an opportunity to oversee pharmacy operations across multiple sites with a focus on quality, financial performance, and team development. The Manager of Regional Pharmacy will provide strategic and operational direction, collaborate with system leaders, and ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pharmacy operations for assigned sites, ensuring efficient and compliant practices
• Partner with the Director of Pharmacy on policy development, quality assurance, and performance standards
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and issue resolution
• Foster strong communication and professional relationships across medical and hospital departments
• Oversee pharmacy information management systems, charge processes, and inventory controls
• Participate actively in hospital committees including Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Safety, and Patient Medication Safety
• Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, staff development, performance evaluations, and employee relations
• Ensure achievement of productivity, budget, engagement, and patient care goals
• Perform all duties associated with a pharmacy manager and additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in pharmacy supervisory or management roles
• Active Wisconsin pharmacist license

Location: Janesville, Wisconsin


Schedule: Monday through Friday with 24/7 accountability
