As a Composite Technician, you'll play a critical role in the production and restoration of composite structures. Your work will directly contribute to the quality, performance, and reliability of industry-leading products.

• Perform teardown, cleaning, repair, assembly, and final closeout of composite components.
• Work with advanced composite materials, including Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, and Kevlar .
• Collaborate with team leads to coordinate schedules, priorities, and resource needs.
• Utilize hand tools, measuring equipment, and composite layup techniques with precision.
• Prepare surfaces for finishing through paint prep and priming processes .
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures at all times.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with composite materials such as Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, or Kevlar.
• Experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, and composite fabrication or repair techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Knowledge of paint preparation and priming methods.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

• Experience measuring and mixing curing chemicals.
• Background in aerospace, automotive, motorsports, marine, or other high-performance composite applications .
• Familiarity with composite repair processes and quality inspection techniques.

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate physical activity.
• Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, and noise.
• Proper PPE and safety equipment provided.
• Consistent AWS 4x10 schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM , giving you a three-day weekend every week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stockton, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Stockton,CA.
