Work Environment This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from home while interacting with clients via teletherapy. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients' mental health status and individual needs. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's goals and overall well-being. This includes setting measurable objectives and regularly reviewing progress. Lead individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused approaches to foster positive change and improvement in mental health outcomes. Provide teletherapy services to ensure clients have accessible and consistent care, employing secure digital platforms to facilitate sessions. Offer crisis intervention services when needed, demonstrating compassion and expertise in addressing urgent mental health concerns effectively. Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, keeping abreast of the latest best practices and trends in mental health to serve clients better. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our approach is centered on understanding each client’s unique background and circumstances, allowing for personalized care that meets individual needs. Qualifications Must possess a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Hold a current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A minimum of three years of experience working in a mental health setting is required. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful and trusting connections with clients and colleagues alike. Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach when supporting clients on their mental health journeys. Showcase strong organizational skills and effective time management to successfully handle caseloads and related administrative duties. Preferred Experience Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with various digital mental health platforms to enhance client engagement and therapy delivery. Specialized training or certifications in evidence-based therapies is a plus. Previous experience in crisis intervention is strongly preferred. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses.
