Recruiting Assistant

Job Description: Liberty Language Services is seeking a highly organized and motivated Recruiting Assistant to join our team in Vienna, VA. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the success of our recruitment efforts, helping us meet high-volume hiring needs. Critical thinking skills are essential, as you will need to assess candidates effectively and make sound decisions throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct phone interviews for high-volume recruiting needs. Serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruitment process. Answer incoming calls and conduct follow-up calls. Support recruiting-related projects as needed. Attend recruiting-related events. Follow up with candidates regarding updates and next steps in the application process. Conduct informational group sessions. Handle high-volume recruiting emails efficiently.
