Greater Austin YMCA is hiring Lifeguards in Austin, TX. This part-time role (15–28 hours per week) supports a safe, welcoming pool environment and includes a free YMCA membership. You will monitor the pool, enforce rules, respond to emergencies with CPR/AED and First Aid, and assist with swim lessons.
