Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - West Virginia (WV) Location: West Virginia Company: Able Minds ABA Job Summary: Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering top-tier ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in assessing, designing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help children achieve their full potential. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care, and we're committed to empowering families with the tools and support they need to thrive. Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Design and implement behavior analytic treatment programs, including creating and modifying protocols as needed NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload. Requirements: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ability to travel to client homes and facilities as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: $105-$120 per hour Flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time arrangements Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and collaborative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
