Lead HR Specialist (Compensation)

Job Title
Job duties include:
Leading a team performing compensation, payroll, time and attendance, and leave administration work for customer agencies.
Balancing workload, monitoring progress, reviewing completed work, and reporting team accomplishments, issues, and training needs.
Providing technical guidance on federal pay setting, leave programs, incentives, work schedules, and related compensation authorities.
Reviewing pay and leave policies, payroll data, compensation records, and time and attendance records for accuracy and compliance.
Resolving payroll discrepancies, overpayments, leave errors, debt issues, waiver requests, and pay disputes.
Managing compensation and payroll projects, tracking deliverables, briefing customers, and coordinating actions through resolution.
Supporting business development by preparing briefings, pricing proposals, agreements, budget estimates, and service improvement efforts.
