THE ROLE: We’re seeking an experienced Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll be preparing and reviewing a wide variety of tax returns and projections for a range of clients in the real estate, cannabis and entertainment industries. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and detail review high-level partnership, S Corp and individual tax return preparation Deliver a full range of tax services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, etc. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices Handle tax research assignments, analyze tax code and regulations, notices, and other issues from various tax authorities Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (Required) 5+ years of recent tax preparation experience in public accounting required 2+ years of recent experience detail reviewing tax returns preferred CPA or EA license, or eligibility and willingness to pursue either, preferred A strong bookkeeping background preferred Experience with ProConnect Tax, Karbon, CCH AnswerConnect, CFS Tax Tools, Microsoft Office, Office Tools, and/or QuickBooks a plus BENEFITS: Compensation: $90,000-$150,000, depending on experience 401(k) with 4% match Health insurance with matching subsidy Vision Insurance Life Insurance We know what you're thinking... you want remote work, but we promise our office is different from the stuffy corporate world you're expecting.
