Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in NJ (or eligibility).
• Experience working in school settings, serving PreK–8th grade preferred.
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and communication skills.
• At least one therapist must be proficient in conducting OT evaluations.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to student-centered care.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Provide occupational therapy services to approximately 60 students (shared caseload with a fellow OT).
• Travel between four nearby sites, supporting students’ functional, academic, and social-emotional needs.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with educators, families, and school staff.
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and advocate for best practices in school OT.
