Role Description The Sales Executive at First Choice Tech is a full-time, on-site role based in Clovis, CA. This position is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting new business, qualifying leads, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and recommend technology solutions that align with those needs. Daily activities include meeting with prospective and existing customers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation, tracking sales activities in the CRM system, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. The role also involves attending industry events or local business functions as needed, gathering market feedback, and contributing to ongoing improvements in sales processes and messaging. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business. Strong skills in relationship building, customer service, and account management in a B2B or technology-focused environment. Experience using CRM platforms and basic proficiency with common office and collaboration software tools. Clear, professional communication skills, including presenting to groups, negotiating terms, and writing effective sales proposals. Comfort working in an on-site environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing a structured sales pipeline. Previous experience in technology, software, or related industries is preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
