Qualifications & Experience Valid Educational Diagnostician certification (required) Experience conducting comprehensive educational assessments, preferably in intermediate or similar school settings Strong understanding of special education regulations and the ARD/IEP process Ability to manage a diverse caseload (approximately 90 students) Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational skills to ensure timely and compliant documentation Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team Key Responsibilities Conduct psycho‑educational evaluations to support student learning and eligibility determinations Interpret assessment data and provide clear, actionable reports to staff and families Participate actively in ARD/IEP meetings, collaborating on the development and review of student plans Serve as a resource to teachers and staff regarding learning differences, intervention strategies, and evidence‑based practices Maintain thorough and current records in accordance with district and state requirements Advocate for student needs, partnering with families and staff to support personalized educational experiences Working full‑time (37.5 hours per week), you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact, working directly with students and educators to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
