Responsibilities Run end‑to‑end vendor contract workflows from intake through execution. Coordinate with stakeholders, executives, signatories, outside counsel, and business teams. Support bond offerings, audits, and corporate governance processes. Manage liquor licensing compliance. Work closely with accounting teams, auditors, and legal leadership. Qualifications BigLaw corporate paralegal experience required – at least 3 years. Strong experience managing full‑cycle corporate workflows. BA and Paralegal Certificate. Advanced Excel and organizational skills. Preferred / Bonus Experience Corporate governance. Audit support. Deal work. Regulatory or liquor licensing. Trademark/IP coordination.
