Job Description:

NDi is seeking a Privacy & Data Governance Analyst to support the FAA Chief Data Office Enterprise Information & Data Integration Program (EIDIP). This role conducts privacy, personally identifiable information, controlled unclassified information, classification, and data-handling reviews and helps ensure appropriate controls are applied throughout the enterprise data lifecycle.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• This position is remote, candidate must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, ID, MD, MS, NJ, NC, OK, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV

• Occasional travel may be required. Candidates should be able to attend meetings at FAA facilities and other locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) as required.

• Must be available during Eastern Time (ET) business hours to support program needs and FAA coordination.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with a major in any field that includes, or is supplemented by, at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
• College transcript demonstrating the required coursework.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant privacy, compliance, information-management, or related experience
• Experience with data classification, privacy controls, SSP artifacts, compliance documentation, and federal privacy threshold analysis.
  
• Ability to identify and provide consultation regarding PII and CUI.
  
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, SharePoint, and multi-system enterprise applications.
  
• Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Contractor Personnel Suitability.
  
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• FAA or other federal privacy and compliance experience.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, data governance, metadata, cloud services, analytics, or AI/ML environments.
• Experience translating privacy and policy requirements into practical technical and operational controls.
• Experience supporting regulated, sensitive, or mission-critical information environments.

• PII, CUI, privacy threshold analysis, data classification, minimization, and handling controls
  
• SSP, ISSP, compliance, assessment, and evidence documentation

• Enterprise data governance, metadata, stewardship, security, and privacy processes
  
• Federal information-security, records-management, and privacy requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conduct privacy, PII, CUI, classification, and data-handling reviews for enterprise datasets, platforms, applications, integrations, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.
  
• Support federal privacy threshold analyses and provide informed consultation on whether systems, datasets, workflows, or proposed uses involve PII or CUI.
  
• Develop, review, and maintain privacy, information-security, SSP, ISSP, compliance, control, evidence, and assessment documentation.
  
• Advise business and technical teams on data minimization, classification, access, sharing, retention, protection, and appropriate-use requirements.
  
• Evaluate privacy and information-governance considerations during platform onboarding, data integration, modernization, cloud adoption, analytics, and AI implementation.
  
• Coordinate with governance, security, platform, system-owner, data-owner, stewardship, and program stakeholders to identify gaps, document determinations, and track corrective actions.
  
• Support assessments, audits, policy implementation, control validation, risk mitigation, and records required to demonstrate compliance.
  
• Protect sensitive and proprietary information and produce accurate professional work products using FAA multi-system applications and collaboration tools.
