Portfolio Product Manager - P&C Insurance

Job Summary A growing Property & Casualty insurance organization is seeking a Senior P&C Product Manager to drive growth, profitability, and product strategy across a farm and agricultural insurance portfolio. This role will lead product performance initiatives, pricing strategies, market expansion, and product development while partnering with cross-functional teams throughout the organization. The ideal candidate brings significant P&C insurance experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence strategic decisions across multiple business functions. Responsibilities Own product performance, profitability, and growth initiatives across an assigned insurance portfolio. Develop and execute pricing, market expansion, and product development strategies. Partner with underwriting, claims, actuarial, marketing, technology, and other teams to support product objectives. Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, pricing, and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead new product launches, product enhancements, and regulatory initiatives. Evaluate risk segmentation and profitability to support sustainable portfolio growth. Lead cross-functional projects and influence broader business and product strategy. Mentor and support team members while promoting collaboration across departments. Qualifications/Requirements 7+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience. Background in product management, underwriting, actuarial, pricing, or a related insurance discipline. Experience with insurance pricing, profitability analysis, and risk segmentation. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities. Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Compensation Package Base Salary: $100,000 - $135,000, based on experience. Bonus opportunity.
