About the Role

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Roseboro, NC. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in their natural environments

• Implement behavioral plans and strategies to increase communication, social, and adaptive skills

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Collaborate with our team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement behavior plans

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment

• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless coordination of therapy

Requirements

• Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or a related field a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to therapy locations
