We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to hire for a growing, team-oriented graphics and apparel design company on the south side of Indianapolis. This role is in the promotional products and apparel division. This is a fast-paced role that supports clients with branded merchandise, apparel orders, and marketing products.

Job Duties

• Serve as the main point of contact for business clients placing orders for promotional products and apparel
• Communicate primarily via email, along with phone and occasional in-person interactions
• Process customer orders and enter details accurately into internal systems
• Provide pricing, timelines, and product information to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams including graphic design and production
• Place orders with outside vendors and track progress to meet deadlines
• Manage multiple orders at once in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Resolve customer questions and ensure a smooth order process from start to finish

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience (B2B or office environment preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
• Basic math skills for pricing and order details

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience in promotional products, apparel, or printing industries
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with production schedules or order coordination
