Experience: Minimum 2 years circulating experience, please no first-time travelers.

License: Active nursing license required.

Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Must-Have: Experience with Meditech charting system strongly preferred.

Description: Responsible for providing care in the operating room. Must be knowledgeable in various surgical procedures including lung resection, appendectomy, and hernia repair. Experience in minimally invasive techniques such as laparoscopic procedures is required. Acts as a circulating nurse in the operating room environment. Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols is essential. Handles surgical instruments and specimens according to universal protocols. Ability to work a rotational late shift until 1900 on occasion. Participation in interdisciplinary support within the surgical team is expected. Expected to maintain a patient-centered focus while ensuring safety and efficiency during procedures.
