Electronic Assembly Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Battery Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Battery Assembly Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Battery Assembly Technician

Location: Mason, OH

Pay Range: Based upon experience

Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Load lithium-ion battery cells into modules, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures
• Assemble battery modules according to engineering specifications and work instructions
• Perform wiring, connections, and component installation during assembly
• Conduct testing such as voltage checks, continuity tests, and system verification
• Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED (technical certification preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production (battery or electrical assembly preferred)
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and schematics
• Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
