Marketing Manager: Retail Experience Strategy

Job Responsibilities:

• Role overview and purpose: The Marketing Manager leads the execution and optimization of pilot marketing experience in stores, aiming to transform retail spaces into engaging healthcare destinations for customers and communities.
• Key responsibilities: Responsibilities include managing in-store marketing campaigns and events end-to-end, coordinating signage and vendor deliverables, communicating with field teams, collaborating cross-functionally, and improving processes for scalability.
• Required and preferred experience: Candidates should have 3-5+ years of marketing or store operations experience with strong retail and consumer insights, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple initiatives, and familiarity with retail environments and matrixed organizations.
