Civil Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Development team in Albuquerque, NM. The position will focus on drainage, stormwater management, and stream restoration projects, and requires approximately 25% domestic travel. Key Responsibilities Civil design and layout, including site layout, grading plans, stormwater management, and piping and pumping systems. Participate in large multidisciplinary team projects. Prepare drawings and specifications. Deliver work products to clients. Oversee construction projects as a client representative. Requirements B.S. in Civil Engineering. F.E. required and ability to obtain P.E. within 4 years of graduation. 0-4 years of relevant experience in public works and civil design. Technical Skills and Abilities Engineering design: grading, drainage, site layout for municipal infrastructure. Construction management and oversight. Cost estimating. Preparation of procurement and construction specifications. Scheduling and subcontractor management. Data analysis, problem‑solving, and cost estimating. Interpersonal Skills and Abilities Nimble learner who adapts well to change. Emotional intelligence. Maintains confidentiality. Active listening skills. Conflict resolution skills. US Pay Range: $38,000 - $45,000 per year.
