A 140 person specialist national security contractor is hiring GEOINT program analysts at multiple levels, from early career (3 years) through senior (5+ years).

\n

The work supports GEOINT training, certification and workforce planning across the intelligence community.

\n

\n

What you'd be doing

\n

Mapping GEOINT competencies and training standards, building metrics and running program reviews, writing plans and SOPs, and briefing senior leaders. You'll support the community bodies that shape how GEOINT professionals are trained and certified.

\n

\n

What they need

\n

\n
• Active TS/SCI clearance
\n
• 3+ years in GEOINT tradecraft, training development or human capital
\n
• Experience writing decision briefs and managing schedules in MS Project
\n
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience at the entry level)
\n

\n

\n

Ideal background

\n

NGA, NGC, NSG or ASG experience.

\n

Knowledge of GEOINT certification or learning programs is a strong plus.

\n

\n

Location: Springfield, VA. Fully onsite.

\n

\n
