Position Overview The Director of Development will design and implement a strategic advancement program that fosters a culture of philanthropy and deepens engagement among alumni, parents, and supporters. This role requires a relational leader who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing day-to-day initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead a comprehensive development and annual giving program Build and manage a donor and alumni database from inception Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, alumni, and school families Plan and execute fundraising and community-building events Increase alumni and parent participation in giving and engagement Partner with school leadership to identify priorities and funding opportunities Oversee donor communications, recognition, and stewardship efforts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of experience in development or advancement work preferred Experience in a school setting strongly preferred; Catholic school experience highly valued Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage multiple initiatives Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and establish systems and processes Commitment to the mission of Catholic education To Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter to View email address on click.appcast.io . #J-18808-Ljbffr
