Van Pool Transportation LLC · Mansfield, MA School Van Driver (Part Time) Pay & Schedule Pay: $24.41/hour Paid Training: $20/hour Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only – no nights, weekends, or holidays Guaranteed minimum hours Why Drive with Van Pool? Opportunities for extra hours (charters & activity trips) Parttime benefits package: Dental, vision, 401(k), and more Supportive, safety first work environment What You’ll Do Safely transport students to and from school and events May include assisting students enter/exit vehicle and using specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc) Drive assigned routes Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain a clean, safe vehicle Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies Requirements School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate (or willingness to obtain — we train!) Safe driving record Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience Ability to pass background check , drug screening, & 7D physical Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written) Ideal Candidates Retirees & Former Professionals: Use your leadership skills to manage a mobile environment without corporate stress.
