Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary private practice bringing together Psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Providers (PAs, NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists. We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority…helping their clients move forward in life! We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and we accept self-pay clients. Currently hiring at the following locations: Loop Lakeview Broadway River North In this role you will: Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week (part-time/ full-time optional) Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner Have oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures Participate in organizational trainings and professional development Model Clarity Clinic's mission, vision, and values and consistently follow company policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct Perks and Benefits: Compensation: $55-$65 per hour commensurate to years of experience & licensure Part-time (12hrs+) or full-time (24+ attended sessions is required) 401k match up to 4%

10 days of accrued PTO, plus 5 accrued sick/wellness days 2 days (16 hours) of paid training allowance Flexible scheduling: Work/life balance (we encourage you to build a manageable caseload) Hybrid model: telehealth with in-person sessions based on client need Access to continuing education Opportunities for internal promotion Qualifications & Minimum Requirements: Must be fully licensed to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Must be licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, along with 1–2 years of internship experience and 2–7 years of prior clinical experience; OR a PhD or PsyD with 0–3 years of prior clinical experience. Experience in psychological testing and assessment is preferred Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial: Individual & Family-focused therapy
