Overview Trendsetting hairdressers. Mindful spa therapists, as a Front Desk and Spa Coordinators at Gould's Salon & Spa's, you'll work with some seriously creative people, and their clients think so too. Just like their service provider, you'll connect with each client, striving to make the entirety of their visit spectacular in every way. With opportunities and room for career growth to those who provide a truly charmed client experience, all of our locations are the perfect place for individuals who love providing excellent service to anyone who crosses their path.ResponsibilitiesAct as the guest liaison with the Stylist and spa staff to ensure our guests enjoy the ultimate salon & spa experienceScheduling appointmentsAssist with check-in by explaining salon and spa servicesConclude the guest visit with a smooth checkout processGraciously thank them for their visitWhy Gould'sFun and professional atmosphereGenerous discounts on salon servicesGenerous discounts on premium productsRoom to advance or grow professionallyFriendly and positive co- workersQualifications Available to work any shifts with no restrictions, specifically Saturdays and SundaysPassion for providing outstanding customer servicePositive attitudeConsistent attendance with excellent work ethicAbility to build positive and meaningful relationships with clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTeam playerStrong computer, keyboard and mathematic skillsA genuine smileAs part of our standard hiring process for new employees, employment with Gould's Salons and Spas will be contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
