DC Phlebotomist 2 - Flower Mound Donor Center

We currently have openings for Phlebotomist 2 positions on our Mobile Collections teams and Donor Center teams. The Mobile Collections teams travel to different locations for blood drives, providing a unique opportunity to connect with a variety of donors daily. Donor Center team members are located throughout North, Central, and East Texas and have the opportunity to build relationships with regular donors who live and/or work near their donor center. Phlebotomist 2 Responsibilities Perform sterile venipunctures to collect blood products. Facilitate donor flow and assess donor eligibility. Deliver top‑notch customer service while ensuring compliance with regulations. Lead the team’s daily functions and use effective problem‑solving to resolve any personnel or donor concerns. Participate in annual leadership/development training and guide new team members. Training Schedule for External Candidates The training lasts up to nine weeks and the days and hours vary depending on mobile drives or Donor Center hours. The schedule may include early mornings, late nights, and weekends. Standard Schedule After Training Team members work a variable schedule that may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedules are provided three weeks in advance. Location Mobile Collections: Arrive in Bedford, TX each day and ride out to the designated blood drive(s). Donor Centers: Designated site within North, Central, or East Texas. Job Type: Full‑Time (part‑time opportunities may be available after training).
