We're a multidisciplinary pediatric practice where ABA, Speech, OT, PT, and feeding services work under one roof . Instead of your clients receiving services from multiple disconnected providers, you have the opportunity to collaborate with the clinicians who are working with the same child every day. We're growing our ABA department and are looking for a BCBA who wants more than a caseload — someone who wants to help build something. Why BCBAs choose Elevate Health? Your time is valued. One of the biggest differences in our compensation model? You are paid the same hourly rate for billable AND indirect time. We don't believe clinical work only happens when you're face-to-face with a client. Your time spent analyzing data, writing programs, completing documentation, collaborating with your team, communicating with families, and planning treatment is valuable — and we compensate you accordingly. Our standard expectation is approximately 28 billable hours per week , giving you dedicated time outside of billable services to actually do the clinical work your clients need. And if you want to take on additional billable hours, we reward you for it with a sliding-scale bonus structure for billable hours above 28 per week. Practice alongside other pediatric specialists. Your ABA clients may also receive Speech, OT, PT, and feeding services at Elevate Health . What You'll Do As a BCBA at Elevate Health, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services while working closely with children, families, and our multidisciplinary clinical team. Your responsibilities may include: Developing individualized treatment plans and behavior goals Supervising and supporting ABA treatment implementation Analyzing data and monitoring clinical progress Modifying treatment plans based on client outcomes Providing parent and caregiver education and coaching Collaborating with SLP, OT, PT, feeding, and other clinical providers Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation Participating in clinical team meetings Supporting the development of ABA staff and programming Contributing to a collaborative and positive clinical culture Interested in expanding beyond the clinic?
