Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, coordinating diagnostic testing, and creating personalized care plans
• Diagnosing and treating various acute, episodic, or chronic conditions independently or in collaboration with physicians, as credentialing permits
• Instructing patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, and management strategies
• Prescribing medication and therapies in accordance with your professional scope
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and managing chronic care

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arizona
• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent in your specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to acquire these within 90 days)
