Client Success Specialist, 3PL & Fulfillment

Paxon Fulfillment is hiring a Client Success Representative to be based in Avondale, AZ. This full-time role focuses on front-line customer service for a multi-client warehousing environment, not inside sales or a call center. Responsibilities include managing orders, coordinating with operations, using our Warehouse Management System, and handling billing inquiries. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of account management or B2B customer service experience in fulfillment.
