The Experienced Make Ready Technician (Apartments) plays a crucial role in preparing and maintaining apartment units to ensure they meet safety and quality standards for incoming tenants. Working independently and as part of a maintenance team, the technician is responsible for inspecting properties, completing repairs, and maintaining overall cleanliness during tenant turnover. This position requires proficiency in both emergency and routine maintenance tasks, primarily using standard hand tools, and reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. No travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough property inspections to assess needed repairs and maintenance
• Perform repairs involving carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of apartment units during tenant turnover
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Address both emergency and routine maintenance requests promptly
