• $19-$21/hr (depending on experience)
• Annual Pay: $40,000-$44,000
• Commissions: Up to $3,500/year

What You'll Do: * Drive Sales: Engage with potential members, explain the benefits of Orangetheory, and close membership sales * Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Create a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients * Manage Studio Operations: Help manage daily studio operations, including multitasking during busy hours * Promote Orangetheory: Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership * Motivate and Inspire: You’ll be the face of the studio, ensuring every member has a positive experience What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Expertise: 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
• Customer Service Skills: 1+ years of experience delivering high-quality

customer service (preferred)

• Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team Player: A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask are crucial
• Passion for Fitness: If you’ve ever wanted a career in fitness but weren’t

sure how to get started, this is the job for you! Required Availability: * Must be available to work weekdays and weekends in morning and/or evening shifts * Hours will not exceed 40 hours per week (no overtime) Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in sales and customer service (preferred)

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
