Base Pay Range $25.00/hr – $40.00/hr Core Purpose To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. Responsibilities Answer questions and concerns of participants. Solicit feedback about the class. Be dependable and consistent in class start and end times. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward members while promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes. Ensure Group Fitness Studio cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service. Maintain building and equipment safety. Engage in continuing education. Accountabilities Timeliness. Member satisfaction. Class size. Safety and reporting of incidents/injuries. Qualifications & Requirements for Success Takes ownership of results. Fights hard to win. Adapts well and quickly to various situations. Great fitness role model and motivator. Good musicality (stays on the beat). Clear communicator (cues well). Dependable. Required Certifications Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification.
