Part-Time Retail/Customer Service Associate

Our Florist and Gift store is seeking qualified applicants who have strong customer service and/or retail experience. Strong telephone skills and ability to establish rapport with customers. Familiarity with florist business helpful but not mandatory. Floral Design experience helpful but not mandatory. Ability to work as part of a team while completing tasks in a timely manner. Typing Ability (30 WPM). Point of Sales experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication ability. Ability to lift 40 lbs unassisted. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours daily, and up to 10 hours seasonally. Commitment to work a flexible schedule in a fast‑paced creative environment. We are open Monday - Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 8am-7pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm. During busy holiday times, hours of operation will be extended to meet customer needs.
