Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Compete assigned work orders and checklists for the day, and document work performed using the internal documentation process.
Rapidly respond to urgent (prioity1) calls to address issues in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot to Identify electrical and mechanical issues by using test equipment (meters, meggers, etc.) and repair issues with all equipment (production, facilities, auxiliary, etc.)
Create and process urgent work orders when assigned.
Attend daily assigned meetings to assist in identifying priorities for the day.
Assist in Root Cause Analysis when involved in the associated failure.
Repair and/or replace defective electrical or mechanical equipment.
Assist in identifying parts for repairs.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and equipment modification projects.
Document all modifications made to equipment during repairs (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, etc.).
