Education and Skills: Managers should be capable of: Performing opening and closing duties. Working an eight-hour shift. Understanding training materials, passing training programs, and following standard operating procedures. Using mathematical skills for sales, inventory, food orders, schedules, cash handling, and business projections. Managing a shift with proper adult supervision. Legally operating a vehicle according to traffic laws. Authorized to work in the U.S. with at least 12 months of management experience in restaurant or retail, a satisfactory background check, and references. Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred. Position Requirements: Good vision for safety and quality assessment. Mobility to move between stations. Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to handle food and inventory weighing and counting. Comfort with high temperatures and working with hot ovens. Effective communication skills. Ability to process customer transactions accurately. Physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend, twist, and crouch, with specific weight limits.
