Terms I am at least 18 years old I am legally authorized to work in the United States We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator for our office in Southport, IN. M-F 8am-5pm $18-21/HR. This is a temporary-to-permanent position. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Assist recruiting team with hiring and onboarding process including administrative tasks Answer phones in a professional manner by assisting callers and directing calls as necessary Assist applicants with application and onboarding process Assess incoming applications and resumes Screen potential applicants for available positions Complete drug screening and background checks for potential employees Facilitate onboarding activities and conduct orientations Maintain applicant and employee records via electronic system Build and develop positive relationships with Managers, Team Members, Employees, and Clients Skills Recruiting experience Education High School Experience 1-4 years Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change Computer literacy - proficient on Microsoft Office Suite, Google Mail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits medical prescription dental vision AD&D life insurance offerings short-term disability 401K plan If you require a reasonable accommodation to make your application or interview experience a great one, please contact View email address on click.appcast.io.
