Role : Senior Java Developer with React

Location : Plano, TX/Charlotte, NC/Pennington, NJ

Job Description:

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain full‑stack applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Build and enhance Java REST APIs and React-based web applications to support evolving business requirements.

Collaborate closely with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate fully in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Support quality engineering teams by enabling automated and manual testing to certify applications.

Partner with infrastructure and platform teams to support production deployments and smooth transitions to support organizations.

Follow enterprise software development methodologies, coding standards, security guidelines, and documentation practices.

Continuously learn business processes, application frameworks, and emerging technologies to improve platform capabilities.

Required Skills:

7+ years of Java experience with strong Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design and development.

3+ years of front-end development using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

Experience with microservices architectures and service integration.

Proficiency with SQL and relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus.

Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated testing frameworks.

Desired Skills:

Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts such as OAuth2, JWT, API security, and secure coding practices

Familiarity with observability and monitoring (logging, metrics, tracing) and production support readiness

Experience with CI/CD and Develops tools including Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible/Ansible Tower, with a focus on automation and vulnerability remediation

Understanding of scalable system design principles and event driven architectures (Kafka or similar)

Experience owning data transformation, extraction, and migration activities, working closely with DBAs on Oracle performance tuning and impact analysis

Experience with cloud native development on AWS and/or Azure, including modern deployment and scalability patterns

Hands on knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
