• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• 30-Minute Lunch
• OR Hours: Approximately 7:30 AM-3:30 PM or 4:00 PM
• 5 OR Days Per Month
• 7 Clinic Days Per Month
• Call Required

• All Ages
• Clinic Volume: Approximately 26-27 Patients Per Day
• Surgical Volume: Approximately 6 Cases Per Day
• Outpatient Surgery for All Ages
• Patients Requiring Admission Are Transferred

• Provide General ENT Care in Clinic and Operating Room Settings
• Evaluate and Manage ENT Patients of All Ages
• Perform General ENT Surgical Procedures
• Provide Outpatient Surgical Care
• Participate in Required Call Coverage

• General ENT Procedures - Required
• Parathyroid Procedures - Preferred
• Cochlear Baha Experience - Preferred

• Medical Assistants
• Clinical Support Assistants
• Clinic and Hospital-Based OR Coverage
• Epic EMR

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Otolaryngology (ENT) - Required
• Pennsylvania Medical License or IMLC - Required at Time of Presentation
• Candidates Requiring Licensure May Be Considered
• DEA Registration - Required
• ACLS - Required

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 Days
