• 8 am - 5 pm rounding shifts; 7-day on-call stretches required
• 15 patients per rounding shift; 15+ seen per call period
• 5 - 10 admissions per call; higher acuity GI cases
• Inpatient hospital setting -- rounding and on-call coverage
• ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic) required
• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) required
• Leave coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
