Optomi seeking an experienced Infor HCM Functional to support the stabilization, optimization, and adoption of a recently implemented Infor HR platform. This consultant will serve as a hands-on subject matter expert, partnering closely with HR and IT stakeholders to improve system usability, increase user satisfaction, and maximize the organization's investment in Infor HCM

• esProvide functional expertise across the Infor HCM platform, including system configuration, workflows, reporting, and business process optimizatio
• n.Partner directly with HR users and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and improve day-to-day system utilizatio
• n.Support remediation and optimization efforts stemming from Phase 1 implementation activitie
• s.Serve as a trusted advisor and functional counterpart to Infor technical resources, ensuring proposed solutions align with business requirements and best practice
• s.Assist with Phase 2 initiatives while helping internal resources build platform knowledge and expertis
