Data Test Strategy Lead

Job title- Data Test Strategy Lead Job Summary- Seeking experienced Data Test Strategy Lead with 12 to 14 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ETL testing, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL and API testing . This role is day shift work and does not require travel. The selected candidate will take the lead in project delivery ensuring alignment with end client goals and delivering impactful results. Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure project goals are clearly defined and achievable.
• Author Data Test strategies
• Estimate the testing effort for the scope of work and identify the resourcing needs
• Facilitate UAT, Analyze & track the UAT defects to closure
• Facilitate the defect triage meetings

Qualifications

• Must have hands on experience in data testing and API testing
• Should have expertise in ETL testing, Snowflake & Power BI dash board testing
• Should have strong knowledge in SQL
• Should have excellent project/program management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Should be proficient in test management tools
• Should have knowledge in test automation and data testing tools
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model
• Should have experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Should have a strong focus ondelivering high-quality results.
