Location: San Marcos. TX

Pay: 65,000-$150,000 per year

Bonus: Up to $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Compensation

$65,000-$150,000 per year Pay is based on experience, performance, and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Deliver high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service
• Accurately document service calls and recommendations
• Maintain safety, efficiency, and code compliance at all times

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• HVAC training program completion preferred
• Universal EPA Certification (required)
• TDLR License (required)
• NATE Certification or willingness to obtain within one year
